The motel was easy to find, 15min walk down the road from woolworths and a short drive to town. Although it's on the main road, it was quiet. Our room was spacious, clean and cosy. We loved that there were two TVs. One in the main bedroom and one in the lounge. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating..

The bed was extremely comfortable, the staff were helpful and it was very clean. Nice to have a bath in the room and plenty of heaters but didn't need them as much as I would have expected. Also found the management weren't in our space which was nice

I liked this place as it was nice and big. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. A little away from city center but had lots of shops close by. the WIFI worked well. You could park your car right out front of your room. Good value for your money.

This property met our needs without all the bells and whistles. It is not flashy, but was well presented, clean, tidy, had a very comfortable bed, heating and well positioned, with car parking outside the unit. Even though it was close to a main road, the unit was not noisy. A very friendly receptionist greeted us upon our arrival. Value for money.

I stayed at this motel last year as it was the best value for money. The rooms are very spacious. This room was a refurbished room which was nice, upgraded kitchen and bathroom which makes a big difference. Motel is run efficiently by the owners. By comparison I stayed 1 night at a motel in Te Anau which felt very cramped and in need of moderisation. Bavarian offered a lot more comfort for less money.

Superb value, comfy and very large room. Good spot just outside Invercargill town centre. The lady who served us was very polite and welcoming. If you happen to be in a wheelchair the room's toilet and shower seemed to be very friendly for that.

My very first time on the South Island, and I loved every minute of it. This motel was very clean and spacious. The staff are amazingly helpful. I loved my stay here I couldn't have picked a better place.

The bed was very comfortable and pillows were perfect, plenty of wardrobe space, the kitchen was well-appointed with the equipment we needed to create a meal. Bathroom was clean and the shower was powerful. The living area was a reasonable size and lies well to the sun, and the furniture well positioned. Good sized dining table/desk. Parking was right at the door. Recycling and composting is supported. There was a second TV in the bedroom, which was great.

This is my second time staying here, and I wasn't disappointed. The hosts were friendly, the room was tidy, and there was plenty of room. The WIFI was very good.
